aloe vera - has amazing medicinal properties. This plant is good for the body, both internally as well as externally. It gives a glow to the skin by removing the toxins or dirt, soothes the sunburns, removes redness and gives a soft & supple skin.

How to Skin Ice
Start your ice facial by thoroughly cleansing the face. I recommend washing your skin via oil cleansing, and not using a harsh cleanser. Next, wrap one or two ice cubes in a soft washcloth, gauze, or other soft cloth (do not use a paper towel).
When the ice begins to melt and the cloth is damp, apply to the face. Hold the ice cube and rub directly on your face in small circular motions all over for several minutes (at least 2-3 minutes), holding and concentrating on areas that are in need the most, pimples, and cyst. If tweezing your chin the morning, it's perfect for swelling after tweezing.
Move the ice cubes gently with circular movements up along the chin and jawline, up the cheeks and along the forehead and along the nose, and take special care underneath the eyes.
