How to Make a Clay Facial Mask
Mix powder with distilled water rose water, milk, honey or yogurt to form a paste. Why Distilled Water? Tap water contains chlorine that dries out the skin and when mixed with your clay mask reacts to make a more drying mask. Rose Hydrosol or Botanical Water is my go-to. The water is full of plant nutrient life to heal provide moisture to your skin while you're applying the mask. Use Milk or Honey for those with dry skin to provide maximum hydration.
Apply the mask to your face and allow it to dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water, pat dry.
Wash off with lukewarm water and apply toner then a facial serum or moisturizer. You should mask twice a week.
